Frequently Asked Questions

What do I need to play a movie?

All you need is a mobile phone, tablet, computer or TV with internet connection. And of course the internet browser.

What are the technical requirements for trouble-free movie playback?

It is necessary to have the latest version of the web browser (Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox.) Of course, a stable Internet connection. For slower connections, you can manually reduce the quality directly in the video player.

Why can't I play the movie?

The most common causes are:

a) You are using a browser that does not support DRM

The movie requires the browser to support DRM protection. This is a technology that protects the rights of content owners. We recommend Chrome and Firefox (Windows 8.1 / 10/11) or Safari (iOS, iPadOS and Mac OS), in their current versions, to watch programs that require DRM protection.

If the DRM protection problem persists, try updating your video card drivers and restarting your computer. Connecting an external monitor or docking station can also adversely affect the operation of the DRM feature. Disconnect the device and try playing the video again.

b) You are using an operating system that is no longer supported

Support for Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 has been discontinued by Microsoft. Therefore, it is no longer possible to maintain backward compatibility with these versions of MS Windows. We therefore recommend that you upgrade to a newer operating system.

c) You are disconnected from the Internet

Check your internet connection.

How do I pay for a view?

Payment is possible only through the Comgate payment gateway. It allows payments for the film to be made via credit cards and fast bank transfers.

Where can I go if something doesn't work for me?

In case of problems, please write to Describe the problem you have with the playback, write to yourself and the telephone contact and we will try to solve the problem as soon as possible, or refund your money.

Is Chromecast enabled to run the movie?

Yes, it is enabled.

In which countries can I pay and play the film?

You can play the film anywhere in the world, but the credit card you have is crucial. In fact, payments are only allowed for cards issued in Europe. So if you pay with a Czech, Polish or German card in Australia, for example, the film will play without any problems.
