The most common causes are:
a) You are using a browser that does not support DRMThe movie requires the browser to support DRM protection. This is a technology that protects the rights of content owners. We recommend Chrome and Firefox (Windows 8.1 / 10/11) or Safari (iOS, iPadOS and Mac OS), in their current versions, to watch programs that require DRM protection.
If the DRM protection problem persists, try updating your video card drivers and restarting your computer. Connecting an external monitor or docking station can also adversely affect the operation of the DRM feature. Disconnect the device and try playing the video again.
Support for Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8 has been discontinued by Microsoft. Therefore, it is no longer possible to maintain backward compatibility with these versions of MS Windows. We therefore recommend that you upgrade to a newer operating system.
